Hey everyone,
My girlfriend has an S640 with TELUS, and she needs to be able to control her work alarm system via the phone, and currently it won't respond to her keystrokes when it "calls" her. Her alarm tech told her she needs to have DTMF long tones enabled, and TELUS told her that her phone is not compatible. Can anyone verify that, or know how to change it from short to long?
Any info would be appreciated
