O2 orbit 2 - Clear private data

I was wondering if there is any way to delete my private data from my o2 orbit 2, i am looking to sell it and don't want the new owner to have access to my emails etc! does a hard reset clear all data or could they still recover it?

Just reinstall any rom and everything will be deleted.

Hard-reset maybe enough but don't forget your Storage card.. Clear it up..
