GPS and restart problems

Hello.
Having some problems latelly with my S200 with HTC Prophet ShadoW 2.0 New Vista Edition WM 6.1.
Every time i restart/shutt down i need to install again my GPS device because stops connecting with the S200.
Also when i want to shutt down my device he restarts and i can only switch it off the second time i press off key.
Some help please?

The day that you flashed your current Rom, did you HardReset afterwards?

Sorry for asking, but it happend to me too and it was fixed after HR.

I really didn't hard reset afterwards...
Made it now and will see if it still appens.

Well the restart problem was due to some program i installed.
Today uninstalled almoust all the programs ( i'm selling my S200 and buying a HTC P3600 ) and now the restart problem has gone!
