How i can re-instal windows in my imate pdal

I have a problem with my imate pdal, i try put from chinese to spanish with the RealVGA. The menu come to spanish, but the start menu dont have icons, i try to put againt to chinese, but when i restart the imate pdal only show the screen blue from Windows Mobile.

How i can fix, i need re-instal windows mobile ??
