I have found any straight answers about this. I found a few links that linked to info about getting custom cursors to work for TT7, but nothing applied to the Tilt or any smartphones. I've tried downloading and adding the missing art folder to my sim. I've tried downloading TT Explorer but it doesn't recognize my device. Anyone solve this?

You can also use TTHome to download free custom cars from TT or use it to transfer you own image.

I've been trying to figure this one out too.
What size and file type does the art need to be?
Thanks

256 color bmp, either 48 x 48, 64 x 64, 96 x 96 or 128 x 128
Use RED for Transparent Color.

the art\cars folder can also be created in the root of your memory card.
Does anyone know how to select the default car image once you have changed to another image? The only way i can change it back to the default car symbol is to remove the art\cars folder.

One of the car packages I found online came with a Skyline and a default blue arrow. I don't know if linking is allowed, so I won't. I don't remember where I got it anyway. Just do a google search on Tomtom car symbols and you will find it.

Double click mobile device, then double click Storage Card, now past the Art folder right in here. Inside the art folder will be another folder named cars. This is where you will store your customs.

All of mine are 80 x 80. An online tutorial I found also mentioned the Red should be RGB 255,000,000 whatever that means.

That RGB is "True" Red not light/dark red or cyan etc.
The sizes I listed are what was recommended in a TomTom forum discussing it.

the full path for a touch pro is:
\Minneskort\Program\Navigator\art\cars
you have to create folders: "art" and "cars"
