Greetings,
I have just bought a Orange SPV M650 with Freedom Universal Keyboard in Poland. It's a great phone and I'm amazed with all the functions it has. Since I'm new to using PDA's (and also Windows based computers - I used to have only MAC's) can you give me or point me to some hints how to:

1. Turn off my Orange menu
2. Tell me of a better word processor than MSword
3. Tell me is it possible to upgrade to Windows Mobile 6 with English or polish language
4. Direct me to a program where I can backup my contacts
5. Tell me how to view the content of my PDA with MS Activesync

I would really appreciate the tips.

Thanks

The answers will be:

1+3+4:
flash this rom to your phone > artemis touch 4.02. it will be faster and has fantastic features in it. your orange menu will be gone, it's windows mobile 6. in english and there's a program (PIMbackup) that can backup all your contacts, messages, tasks etc.

BEFORE flashing: use uspl first to cid unlock your device (but this feature is also in the download with the rom 4.02. So first step 1, then step 2, then it will be fine.

2: don't know

5: when using windows vista you have to use Windows Mobile Device Center (free downloadable). windows XP uses active sync 4.5 or higher.

good luck!

Thanks for the tips!

I backed up my contacts so now I'm ready to install Artemis Touch 4.02 as you suggested.

One thing still bothers me: is it possible to install polish fonts in to an english system?

Thanks for the reply.
