Awaiting your findings. Looks good though, but I don't want to put my mobile on vibration constantly as it migh absorb most sound (the speakers at the top only release a small percentage vs. the one on the font. We'll see what you think of it

The speaker on top does all the ringtone so that isn't a problem, but maybe you can't feel the vibration because of the newmicrofiber inlay

Strange thing is that HTC doesn't supply such a pouch standard with the Diamond. My Diamond already has little scratches at the back :mad: I think i need this thing soon, otherwise my Diamond will be scratched at all places soon.

Is this pouch expandable also, or will it become worthless, and will in fact HTC sell a new pouch for those with the extended battery devices.

I dont think the price is out the way. And since I ordered my Diamond from eXpansys i got a £10 off voucher, so may well get some screen protectors to.

This looks like the best pouch for the Diamond (so far!)

I used to have a prada and that came with a pouch similar to this, and i have to say it was a great little case.

Think ive found the pouch that im gonna get to protect my diamond. :)

I thought that I will let forum know, that Diamond perfectly fits into standard qtek 8500 pouch (HTC StarTrek) with belt clip. It's comfortable. Takes 2-3 seconds to pop it out of the pouch hanging on your belt in one easy step rather then : take the case with Diamond out of your pocket, pop the Diamond out the case and you need 2 hands for that likely.
I was carying Diamond around in startrek case for good 3 weeks now and found no issues so far. easy to take phone out and easy to put back. single handed. comes handy while driving the car and phone needs to be used.

I dont think it is all that easy to remove Diamond out the S390 case single handed ? Just my observation.

I reveiced the pouch today from expansys.
It's nice and compact, but has no automatic release system like the you tube video.
But it's easy to take ik out, just press it out.
The diamond wil not fall out when you hold it up site down.

Funny, i have also order mine from expansys, they when I log in my account and check the status, they change the item name, it now says HTC Pouch PO S390 (w/th HTC logo) which originally it says Touch Diamond Pouch PO S390. What does this mean? there are two different type?

You can buy a new plastic cover for the back from expansys. And they have the awesome Krusell case too!
I know, but the thing is, my S200 didn't scratch that quick at all! Everytime i put my Diamond somewhere, i have to make sure that it is on a sheet of paper or something else. Otherwise it will scratch :( That really sucks in my opinion.

Sorry but i dont speak english. But jai commandé le mien et je lai recu. Dommage je n'ai pas encore le diamond mais je le prends demain chez orange. 129 euros avec un forfait origami. exactly. And this is what pisses me off. You cant buy the pouch anywhere!
Expansys are the offiical HTC accessory dealer in the UK and even they have a 25 day backorder wait for the pouch. Yet what pissed me off today is that the Diamond was released on Orange and every bloody unit comes free with that same pouch.

its very nice... but sometimes if you get a call and put the diamond out of the pouch it answers or decline the call because of getting in conatct with the touchscreen.... :(

i would like to disable the buttons on the touchscreen for answering and decline a call... but how?

The O2 Ignito comes with the pouch as standard as well... one slight gripe though... It fits that snuggly into the pouch that it constantly presses on the screen, so if you put it in without putting the phone in standby you can hear it clicking away as the screen gets pressed by the case.

I heard it from different users here in Taiwan and tested it myself.

True - the hard case leather holder made by HTC MIGHT scratch the protection screen when gliding in-out of the case. I glided it around 20 times and now have a hair strip over the full lenghth of the protection screen.

This case came with my diamond in the box (UK Orange) and I think it sucks! It's a simple solution, but needs bothe hands to take the phone out easily, and it's terrible for answering calls before you even know you're getting them...
I'm still waiting for a flip style case, but know one wont come soon... :(

Yes, I received the original leather case from HTC today.
It looks good, but indeed too snug.
I did slide de device in and out of this original HTC pouch for 5 times.
I did not trust it, way too tight !
The inside strip already damaged the screenprotector (need to buy a new one),
and even the paint on the left side is damaged.
Though the inside of this pouch is very soft the edges on both ends
are very rough....this can damage a phone.
Will not use this one.

the quality of the pouch must change a lot depending on the supply because i got one and use it every single day (must take the D of more then 15 times a day), have it for a 1,5 month and it´s all OK...not a single scratch, not even on the back black glossy surface (and cleans the fingertips). I have extreme care with any little grain the fall inside!.

I guess we all have diferent tastes when itr comes to cases/pouch´s and that OK. I hate that clip thing that i never use and the comes with (almoust) every HTC. I usually put the D in my jacket pocket so no need for clips. Like it simple and plain.
