I am new on this forum and i have a problem:when i open Tempus V5 he show me the weather from Lisbon.I live in Targoviste and i want when i open Tempus to show directly the weather for this city.I try to make a config file but not work's.Please help me!(sorry for my bad english:p)

Well, you are welcome to move in to Lisbon, we have great weather here, but if you want your weather to show up I'd advice updating from v5 to v13... :D

It would always take some time to open, and flash is a battery drain, so it wouldnt be as simple as any other time tool out there... :/

Apologies if someone has posted something like this already. I have a HTC Diamond and was pleased to see that manch5. urian had made an update to get this to work on VGA. Although there is one problem, which is it doesn't matter what code you put in the myconfig file or even have this file present in the ThrottleHTML directory the weather code is embedded in the hmtl or swf file and so what ever code you use makes no difference. However there is a workaround, albeit a bit of a bind as you will need to do this after every reboot of your phone.

1. Put a copy of you weather code on you phone in a txt or word file.
2. Highlight and copy the weather code text.
3. Go to the Weather and open the menu.
4. Select the 'My' and highlight all the text (even if states undefined) and then hold the stylus down until a menu pops up with 'select all text, refresh, favourites, Add to favourites, copy and zoom level'.
5. Tap on the 'Select All Text'
6. Then another menu will pop up with a Paste option.
7. Paste the txt code from action one and your code will appear in the box..it's tiny, but you'll see it.
8. Go to the '=' and make sure your code appears in there, paste again if doesn't
9. Go online and get the weather for your location.

If I missed a post that has produced an update to the VGA version, please tell me, as I was looking for a today screen that uses a clock like the one in TouchFlo3D. I've found a solution, but the weather working properly would be a nice touch.

It wasnt made for bigger screens so the plugin was fixed to one size only, unfortunelly... :(

You can edit the html that shows the swf to resize it, but its messy.
Its already been explained severall times along this thread. ;)

Animated today allows the use of a flash file in the today screen, but it doesnt allow the swf to connect to the internet, dont know why. So the clock works, the weather doesnt.
Also, it isnt freeware. ;)

It just needs to allow a html file with a swf to acess the internet.
The TSK theme I am using creates a hile in windows called a2tk.htm with a a2tk.swf file inside.

Thanks for this great work.

I did the installation and config instructions in your 1st post. When ThrottleHTML item is selected I can see the animated clock in Home. But when TouchFLO is selected along with ThrottleHTML, the animated clock does not appear. Instead, the default clock from my theme is showing.

I know what u mean. there's not much support for omnia users; hence i'm having a freaking time finding the right combination for it. if i find the one that works, it is an outdated one (or worst, the instructions and the files are incomplete).

anyway, i'll keep on searching. i'm an avid follower of your works and whenever possible, i do apply your themes/cabs on my mobile to see if it is applicable.

in \windows directory:
