i have one mistake, MicroSD FAT format.

Format FAT32, try now.

Don't worry, this is not a brick.

First all install the HARD-SPL!

Download a cooked ROM and flash it again, if this doesn't work try this:

1. Download mtty.exe (http://wiki.xda-developers.com/uploads/mtty.exe)
2. Disable activesync (connection settings -> uncheck "allow usb connections")
3. Connect your Polaris to PC using USB cable.
4. Open mtty, select USB port and click OK.
5. Hit ENTER twice, you should see the "Cmd>" prompt.
6. Type the command "boot", you should see something like this:
Cmd> boot
InitDisplay: Display_Chip=1
No card inserted
OSSIReadBack ++
Read SI data from flash success
tail signature match
Checksum match
UserStorageSIPreload ++After that device should boot WM again.

at your own risk, I take no responsiblity for any conflict, fault, or damage caused by this flashing procedure.

Phew, tnx to you guys. I was worried that i brick my TC :) . First time i to the steps with mtty.exe and my TC load the OS but i make soft reset to check that it will not get to RGB screen again and it did it =/ I use the mtty.exe again to boot and after that i turn of my device with the power button. It display the RGB screen again i unplug the usb cable device get turned off and when i start it again everithing was fine (for now) :D

I am faced with such problems.
After the firmware the new firmware my polaris boot one time to new firmware.
but after first reboot he didnt start normally. A reboot cycle, before displaying information on the version of radio sw spl.

to enter bootloader can program the other firmware radio, you can go, but after this polaris not loaded on WM

I tried to connect with mtty and type
5. in window type: set 16 0 (enter cmd mode) No response
6. after type: task 8 (this will format phone) immediately restart
7. after type: task 0 (this will restart phone. Not always necessary) No response

after command "boot" mtty writed

Sounds like your phone is stuck in diagnostic mode, do a search for motoq drivers or QC diag drivers install them.Then you'll be able to connect with mtty via a com port "check which port the diag drivers use".Try cego then task 8 in mtty.

Thanks for your reply. But my phone can not boot or it doesn't have the power when I press the Power button. How can I boot to the Tri-colors Bootloader while the phone does not have the power? I need a tool run directly from PC because the PC still recognises the phone as "Data Interface".

Your device is getting power, in diagnostic mode or oemspl you wont see anything on your phone screen.When you install the drivers (look in device manager on pc if using windows) see what com port your phone is using,connect mtty to that port and enter the commands cego then task 8.With some hopes your will boot into tri colour screen.

Hi guys, I pretty new here, very nice work all. And I don't know if this is the right place to post my ongoing problem, but anyway, I have the following problem.

On my POLA100.
I (think) i hardspled and updated my radio. I used to get in to bootloader mode where i installed polaimg-panel1-480-07-05-10.nbh. Then I softreset my device, smart mobility comes up, it vibrates once, and after that twice shortly. I don't see the red numbers (radio, protocol etc) coming up. After that it boots to linux (i think it is NAND) and then i can install from my SDcard any androidinstall / updates. The menu with install system and such.
It installs android great and it works, though it comes in a too high resolution so I cant read the icons right. Now i think this problem is because of the used .nbh file so I wanted to get into the bootloader and flash it with polaimg-panel1-320-24-05-10.nbh. Helas, I just cant get my polaris into the bootloader screen anymore (camera key + softreset (tried every other key too)).

I also tried to install both myn-WarmDonut-04-24-2010-320x480-160 and myn-WarmDonut-04-24-2010-240x320-110. Both have no effect (stays on hi-res).

Anyone know how to proceed, because I can get into android and wifi etc. works fine! Only resolution problem. And perhaps i can do something from within android and USB plugged in... Or an androidupdate.tar.

Please Ser, my polaris are Dead, not enter in Boot Loadr whith Button "camera" and " small button intern "soft Reset", how restore this, not is my, but of one friend and want payed this, have one solution?, i have Mtty, Original SPL, Hard SPL, but when i connect to pc, from the Device i see one Windows message: "data interface" and ask for the drivers, i have installated alls the QSPT QUALCOMM DRIVER, have mode for restore this?:( if yes, want to help me please?,

Please, i have this Htc Polaris One Touch, full blocked or bricked, not enter in Boot Loader Mode, (camera+ Soft reset), i have testated this procedure, but this PDA is dead, i don't know where start for repair this, not import which Spl insert, or Rom or others, important that i solve this and put in working other time this Pda, after i see Boot Loader, i think that flashing other Rom all is ok or no?, please the Chef in this camp are our, i'm one simple man that have blocked one Polaris Htc Touch Cruise, thank for the help

P.s. when i have disactivated "active Syncronie" and have enter how comand "boot", i have to see in the mtty com 2 and one line whith alls letter, and all alpha numeric line, but the Htc forever whith display off and whith this "data interface" in "device manager" active, ask for drivers, please i'm the first time that have one problem of this, have mtty, Spl original, HardSpl by olipro, rom for radio original Italia, but i not know from where start for the first anime my Htc, thanks

Ok, excuseme but not have read good all, but do u want start what do u want to do from one micro-sd whith installated the program for restore, and BOOT from the micro-sd, in this mode solve your problem,

Yes, but the member not have possibility of insert "Hard-SPL-V2", becouse your phone not enter in Boot Mode, and for install the Hard SPL have need the Boot from the device, do u understand?

I tried, but when i connect the polaris with the charger, the screen is black and is on bluetooth's blue light for a few seconds. Then, 3 colors appear on the screen for other seconds, and then the screen returns to black.

Camera and soft reset buttons must be hold and relaese the soft rest when the 3 color screen apears.
Thats the way y use it here.

The same (hang in bootloader 3 color screen) happens here in the weekend when flashing my polaris P3650 to Win 6.1 and id happens when i try to set the radio rom to een older version.
First y had Win6.5 and a problem whit vibration and sms 2 days ago, a cant restore it even after a hard reset, so thats why go back to 6.1.
Always with flasing y delete all on the phoon (from the menu in settings) than a hard reset and then the Original-spl flash. Than y flash the new/old Win rom.
All gone oke but when y flash the old radio rom it stucks on 99% and it wont go furder after relaese the battery and connect again. Every time it starts whit hangin in the 3 color screen and "serial" on screen. When y connect usb y cant reflash it becausse the pc say's no usb font or sommeting else.
Fanaly y try the original "ship" rom and ppppphhhhh it works, so try dis maby it works and the "ship" roms you can find it on this great forum.
P.S. sorry for the typing, ym from Holland and hate online translators.
O and the vibration whit sms dont work here and its not the problem from the vibration it self because when y put the phoon on its vibrating and a incoming call its vibrating.
