Cant get t9 swedish and hung.to work.Tried several cabs and tweaks

This cab with 14 languages is the first to appear in the menu settings -fullquerty-t9 dropdown menu, but it doesnt activate itself hat is im typing with full querty and slid it to t9 from abc and it only types numbers no letters?

The thing is i use swedish and hungarian and it would be great if someone could point me in a direction ( or maybe helping me with creating a cab that has hungarian-swedish t9 and keyboard layout all in one, self installing if possible) so i can use the tytn2 / kaiser fully. I think i will use resco keyboar pro if thats possible with theese cabs?
Search the xdaforum for 2days now and crashed the phone once (had to hard reset) so im giving up now and waiting for a kind soul to help me/point me in the right direction. :confused:
