Well I updated ROM via SD card and now I have "Update Complete" "Update Success" on the screen but it's just sitting there and hasn't rebooted itself ???
I thought when it was finished it rebooted itself, does this mean the Hermes has hung at the last part or I need to do a reset manually myself ?

After it says Update Complete or Success, you need to press the reset button...

Thanks, I ended up doing that anyways as it seemed logical. All working well and thankyou for the input/help. No matter what I try I just can't seem to web browse on Vigins 3G internet so I'm actually thinking about trying one of your ROMs as I was told they were Aussie :D and maybe better suited to my needs.

You can also install his standalone cab file - CWW Enterprises AUS Operator Con.cab.
This will setup for major Aussie carriers....
Make sure you install the Arcsoft_MMS_4281.cab too before running the other cab... (there are newer versions but I just pasted a copy of the one I had before me)
Cheers...:D

Hmmm, yet more hick-ups lol. I can't seem to find the stand alone .cab for the Arcsoft MMS let alone a never version.

Fanbloodytastic, thank you ever so much yet again. I've already been playing about with the Dopod since trying a couple of WM6 ROM's now and man I can see it's going to get alot more use than I had planned on. lol, seems to be fun in itself just trying the different ROM's.
Thank you again for all the help and a BIG thankyou to all those people who have put so much time and effort into these forums and cooking the ROM's.
