New 3g dialer skin

Can somebody make this dialer skin for kaiser. I think this can be use with dutty's dialer.
I try this skin replacing to windows folder but it doesn't work. can anybody make this work

looks like the manilla dialer ( not 100% positive ).. u might wanna search for manilla dialers and see if thats the same one.

I don't think its manila dialer coz manila dialer doesn't have 3g option this if some body can made this work on kaiser this will looks awesome with leo's latest rom
