usb doesn`t works

i can`t find de htc p3300 device on my pc if i put the cable it founds nothing and if i put other phone in the cable it founds with the active sync can anyone help me?

have you tried to change the USB to PC settings on your phone (start>settings>system)

I have had trouble before and found that this can help
