In Regional Settings I don't have Polish Settings. I wrote it before here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=2351103&postcount=8 but you don't answer... :( Do you have in your plans adding UC Compliant. Rom have still 3 different Task Managers... Can you delete standard system Task Manager?

i keep getting error 246: Device Not responding.


In version 8.2 Diamond, i also had one error while flashing the ROM (Error 302, WLAN ERROR, COMMUNICATIONS PROBLEMS ...)

In that situation, i had to unplug, reset, (it still showed the coloured screen), reconnect, and it became connected by USB. (no active sync)

Then i selected "Repair", and it was ok.



Any ideas??? Where should be the problem?



Alternative 1: What do you think if i try again, but with no active sync?

2 options to consider:

a. connect usb, and terminate Active Sync application

b. using bootloader mode, and then connect with USB

I really need all the expert out there to help me on flashing my CHT9110. I'm not sure if flashing CHT9110 is the same as flashing P3600i?

Anyway there is an instruction post by ajajaj and credit to Olipro for the great help. I follow every step stated by ajajaj but still I couldn't get my phone flash to WM6.1, therefore I'm pleading for help here.

Step 1 - Anyway First of all, load the Hard SPL to your phone from : Attachments : SPL.zip

Step 2 - So, what I did was to download RUU_TRINITY_WM6.1_WWE_ASIA_3.12.YK.Lite extract into its own folder (Mary seems to work as well)

Yes I downloaded

Step 3 - then download the custom ruu updated from :
Attachments : Flashing CHT9110 (P3600i).zip

Also downloaded

Step 4 - unzip the custom_ruu stuff, put in the downloaded trinity rombaker to replace extracted rombaker,

I unzip the rombaker and custom ruu. I overwrite the rombaker into custom ruu/workshop folder

Step 4a - Copy ruu_signed.nbh file that is found in folder created in Step 2 to the rombaker/workshop folder created in step 4

I copy the ruu_signed.nbh from WWE_ASIA folder to custom ruu/workshop

Step 5 - then use nbhextract (created in step 4) to extract the ruu_signed.nbh file that is now in the workshop folder
Step 6 - watch the output. (for file names)

I extract it and get 00_OS.nb as output

Step 7 - Run the rombaker program and load the extracted files into their places (as referred to in step 6), then click generate NBH
It will ask you to save a file. call it new_nbh (or whatever you want) -

I run the rombaker and I fill IPL, SPL, OS, ExtROM, GSM, SubSplash, MainSplash with 00_OS.nb and name the file called new_nbh. So I get new_nbh.txt as the output.

I have tried the P3600i version and while it flashes OK it will not load past the 2nd Splash screen.
Unfortunately this is another ROM which at the moment is not usable on the P3600i.

Its most likely best to read the thread first as I had already tested this and posted that it didn't work...it would have saved you the hassle of flashing and re-flashing...

I am very impressed how you recook Yaka's ROM.
I also downloaded Yaka's RUU_TRINITY_WM6.1_WWE_ASIA_3.12.YK.Lite but I found all Yaka's ROM are not compatible to HyperCore Kitchen. Yaka must have remove all the *.dsm files and/or some *.rgu files and using different ROM compiling method for his ROM's. So his ROM's are not easy for re-cookable.

I also tried to use htcRIE tool to open his ROM, change one .png file for testing and put it back for recompiling and re-flashed my phone. I found the results were not the same like the original ROM. The phone was much slower and complained about missing some files or "not trusted". It is either the htcRIE tool still has buggs or simply Yaka's ROM's are not intended to be re-cooked.

I tried a few other ROM's, the said problems did not exist!!!

I like Yaka's ROM because it's WWE but support CHS without external programs but I want to remove its Chinese Voice Command and Chinese Contacts programs.

I think you will find that Karmba didn't re-cook Yaka's ROM in that quote...he merely included the details from another thread on how to change the header to suit the P3600i.

What's new in version 9.3 ?

I've used the 9.2 version during the Week end and i had some bugs to report
- i didn't manage to run Esmertec Jbed 20080428.2.1 after installation
- the G (GPRS) icon didn't show when Edge (E) is unavailable. I have a X instead
- in the communication manager, the title "COMMUNICATION" disapears behind the windows showing the available items, once you have click on one of the items. Is it possible to center it so that it won't disappear ?

the look of your rom rocks, it will be perfect if you can fix these few minor glitches

Hi and many many thanks for your Roms, work perfectly. However I don't know how to configure SMS and Mail links with ThrottleLauncher, I've tried lots of things but the result is always a black screen when I want to read my messages. What parameters must I put on the SMS and Mail settings in TouchFlo3D in order to fix that ? (sorry for my bad english ...)

Throttle is probably going to become one of my favorite apps for this phone, but not yet.. Here are some of my problems:
Sent and received messages not stored after reset.
Message still appears unread on the bottom bar.
There dont seem to be a way to change citys on the weather app.
Throttle is slow even with cpu at 472mhz.
For now I have just turned it off and use the regular home app.
Anyway, Thanks Karmba for putting your effort in these roms! I always look forward to your releases.

I just hope Orange offer a good deal on it when it comes out! Wasn't too impressed by the offer on the Trinity when it first came out. Let's hope they do a better job with the Diamond. Not holding my breath though...

First of all, i must say this is a fanstatic rom, it works very well on my Dopod D810. By the way I am still using the v9.2. I opt not to upgrade.

Anyway, i hav a very silly question. It is regarding the Voice Speed Dial, how do you activate the it? I could not assignment any button to it under Setting-Buttons.

Great visual rom, but like others said couldnt change the weather city in throtle, and couldn't or don't know how to create a short cut to rotate screen, for me its very important cause i use TT in landscape mode.
I'm considering testing once more with HTC home and throtle disable, or there will be another release soon?

I tried this rom, but it's very slow for my p3600, and still i prefere the spb mobile. For me, the best formula is spb mobile + touch flo ;)

It’s a very beautiful and less buggy rom

now I have several issues to add in this version

1- Disable the large start menu.
2- Add more applications like win rar , real player, acrobat reader and others.
3- Create a version without touch flo please.

4- add the network wizard

I must said v9.3 lite is very impressive and thank you very much for the great effort you put in to create this rom. Excellent job.

I have installed the v9.3 lite and there are a few issue that would appreciate if you could lend a helping hand.

1. There is 3G dialer button but does not has the setting. I am not sure if it is due to the smart dailer.
2. The Wireless LAN under "Setting" in the Comm Manager when select does nothing. The Wifi is working fine.
3. No smart dailing present


So far it is the fastest rom and the most free ram that i have used. Thanks once again.

I have encountered another issue with v9.3 lite version. It is the bluetooth, i was not able to find any bluetooth device at all. Even when i set my phone to be discoverable, the PC bluetooth will can not detect the bluetooth.

Thanks for everything Karmba_a. I've been following your Rom's since the beginning. Never had a single problem with them, but with 9.3 I've had the first error of not detecting the storage card after some days, not even a week, and the PDA has missed some call too. Are this issues solved in v. 10?

Correct, however, I use my phone as an alarm clock also, so it would be nice to keep the phone on silent and still have the alarms work...

yes..this HTC style for trinity 10, include Smart Dial and Video call...but i have not use it so dont know for 90 degree rotate or not sorry.

Can anyone confirm if this ROM has the Lost Passwords Bug? I tried the "CHO HTC TRINITY (CE OS 5.2.20270 Build 20270.1.3.1) (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=408457)" ROM that this ROM probably originated from, and it appeared to have the bug. Was hoping it was fixed in this release.

I am presently working my way through the 9.3 series. The xy video was a problem for me also. I found the roms good with only minor problems all solved with a tweak here and there. I am attaching the fix at least for me concerning the xy video call problem. The large start was a minor reg tweak. If you should have the contacts problem i used soft key to fix this. For the video fix i copied the file to the msd and loaded it on the system then reboot and all went well. ALL credit for this fix goes to MUM, thanks.

Sorry, I found the cause of that problem now, after 1 by 1 install the soft, this rom effected to S2U soft, easily to frezze all the botton and you have to S/R..now with out the S2U, i have use it for 2 days with no prob, thks karmba_a for your nice rom.

First of all the v9.3 lite version is excellent rom, thank you very much. I surely will stick to this rom. The reason are as follow, it has very high free ram, and i can choose the application(s) i want.

But there is something that would like you to help it is possible. The WIFI setting in commanager. Would you be able to provide registry setting or cab to corect this problem. I do understand that it is corrected in v10, but i will stick with v9.3 lite version.

and now the problems are two....
sigh!
the first is when I call 119 for my tim operator (I'm italian) and reponse me the police (112).
the second is when I connect pc and ppc...after synchronization wifi connaction fall off and I need to rebout my pc for have another time one connection.

I think is only on P3600i because in "3.08.61.39 CHO HTC TRINITY (CE OS 5.2.20270 Build 20270.1.3.1)" there is P3600 use said in they`re device BT not any problem

After change header to 401, and flash to my CHT9110 with no problem. the new icon look interest and its work fast (i feel) :)...
but one bug theres, in he setting for backlight,the task menu on the bottom say 1 min, 10 sec, 30 sec....????? pls correct. BTW all look fantastic. thks again.

I got a problem at all issuing Arabization ( the prolem start from version 19588 update).
When successfully register and reboot.
Organ wants to register again.
Times of prayer important to me.
also sometimes after installing the arabizer. a new problem appear ( The contacts option,can not be access).

Do you have a solution. or include the solution in your next version.

This cab add in Sounds & Notifications option:
Messaging: SMS Delivery Receipt

EDIT:
It add new option, but even when we choose sound it is still the same as Messaging: New text message I try it on all roms with Build 20270.1.3.1 (all don't have this option) but it seems that it's not working. Maybe someone know how to fix that?

It's correct version ;) After unpack original Karmba_a Diamond For Trinity v10.1_fix.rar you have folder Karmba_a Diamond For Trinity v10.1, so I forgot to add fix at the end of file name. But this is fixed version. I will add this info to file description on MediaFire.

Question: I really love your 3G icons. However, I prefer battery icon with %. After installing the % battery icon cab, your beautiful coloured 3G icon get replace by this cab file. Is there a work around having the % battery icon plus your coloured 3G icon?

Karmba_a....nice ROM, good inclusions....just one little problem.
When we use it on P3600i there is an issue with BT. It keeps coming up with a hardware error, which is a pity really.

Solved the problem, reflash the radio rom, and wake for a long while to get the GPS fix (due to cold lock on).

Found couple of minor bugs in the v10.1
- Not able to send SMS, when I clicked send, the waiting icon will appear for few seconds, nothing happen.

- In the SMS inbox, multiple SMS are selected, even though I want to select single sms to reply. Have to reboot the phone before I get out of the multiple selection loop.
