Connecting to Active Directory from Kaiser

I am having problems connecting my Kaiser using resco explorer to AD 2003. I browse for a share on the device and it prompts me for user/pass/domain which i duly enter. It just won't connect. I can see a share on my PC no problems, as it doesn;t need a user/password.

Does anyone have an idea as to why it fails..? I can connect to the domain from any other pc..so i know the user/pass are correct..?? Struggling..

Try to use as user name:
username@domainname
or
domainname/username

just a note if you using user@dmain it needs to be the full domain name bot just the netbios type domain name

i.e. bob@mydomain.local rather than bob@mydomain

Thanks guys. I have already tried both suggested methods. The logon box just keeps popping back up. I am using a wifi connection and i know this is working ok.

Any more ideas?
