Creating a SD Flash Card HELP!!!

Hello, i'm trying to create a new flash card to flash an SPV M2000 which has been flashed previously. But what i'm doing is creating a copy of the previous flash card.

what im doing is:

• Going into bootloader
• Disallowing active sync USB
• connecting the Device to the Computer via USB
• Running mtty.exe with the Port selecting usb
• Pressing enter
• Typing: d2s 70000000 01080000
• Waiting for message: Store image to SD/MMC card successful
• Then typing: d2s 70000000 01080000
• Again waiting for: Store image to SD/MMC card successful
• Soft reset.

Then it the same applications and settings are installed. I think its all to do with what i'm entering into mtty.exe so if anyone can advise me on where i'm going wrong it would be appreciated.

Thanks for this. I realised what i'm doing wrong it was a complete school boy error. I hadn't added the .cab file into the extended ROM.
