Ipaq 614c not charging while using GPS?

Hi!

I recently got myself an Ipaq 614c. And with help from this forum (or was it Modaco?) I also got iGO 8 running on it.

The thing is, when I use iGO 8 (GPS Navigation Software) on my Ipaq while attached to a USB charger cable the phone either get no charge or actually even drops on the battery meter :eek:

Is this normal?? It's quite unusable when the phone charge drops even tough it's attached to a charger.

My phone is Swedish, and the new updated firmware is not available in Swedish or for my phone.

Using Tomtom and a charger (about 800 mA), I did not loose or gain any power on a 2 hours trip.
