Youtube software (french users)

Hi everybody,

My question is intended to French users of HTC diamond. I could test it and the software youtube operated over 3G with its "Orange origami star" chip, while with my chip "SFR illimythics" impossible to connect.

Someone with a illimythics and diamond could confirm me that.

I've got the "SFR Illimytics 2H" too and the Youtube soft doesn't load the videos through the Wap or the Wifi connection. Dommage.

For me, youtube operated through a wifi connection.

I've heard that there were restrictions with the port 80 due to the illimythics contract, meaning that streaming is forbidden with illimythics...(I read it, so I'm not sure...)

However I have Bouygues and I have the same problem so it seems that it's not only due to SFR...

Edit: I found this thread on the forum http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=2277546 maybe try to call SFR customer service?

effectivement pour le pas engendrer un surcroit de traffic, certaines applications gourmandes ont été ... "bannie".
Les pièces jointes pour les mails seront bloqué a l'exeption des JPG, les autres pièces jointes sont soumises a un abonnement supplémentaire auprès de SFR

il faut bien se renseigné aupres de SFR dans ce cas là. :D

actually not lead to increased traffic, some applications were greedy ... "banished".
The attachments to mails will be blocked except for a JPG, other attachments are subject has a additional subscription to SFR

it must be ascertained the SFR in this case. :D

je suis d'accord pour que sfr bloque les port mail, ils ont des forfaits mails à vendre, mais bloqué ce client youtube est inadmissible, d'autant plus qu'ils font clairement leurs pub avec un logo youtube.
Le diamond sortant aujourd'hui meme officielement chez SFR, je vais aller en prendre un dés ce soir en pack et je testerai à nouveau.Si ça ne marche toujours pas, je m'en vais les contacter...

Pour infos, le client youtube marche avec les forfaits origami de orange.

I agree that sfr blocks mail, they sell it, but blocked the youtube software is unacceptable, especially since they have their advertisements with a logo youtube.
