Hello boys, one question: (already searched)
Under windows/startup you have the following:
-autoshortcut
-htcstartup
-poutlook
-vcdaemon
Any one know what these are? (deleting them would make a faster boot)
I realized that installing fringe (works great) will add fring to startup.
Cheers boys Goooddddd the htc diamond kicks some serious asssssss.

Have you tried Fring as SIP/VOIP client. How does it work. Is it using internal or external speaker?

Fring as VOIP skype, using internal speaker works perfect, made calls and recived calls. Works great. Highly Recomend, well at least until skype make an app for windows 6.1.
lucks dude!

http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=vcdaemon+windows+mobile+startup&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8&aq=t&rls=org.mozilla:en-GB:official&client=firefox-a
etc...
Find out what each one does, if you don't need it, move the shortcut out of the folder, and see if it improves anything. If it does, post here and share your results.

I think on the internal. Im not sure you cant really tell if it the external on real low volume or the internal. But it works fine
