disable GPRS and 3g

I want to disable 3g and GPRS. I have wifi connection, i want it to use only wifi. Never ever use internet from the mobile phone. because its very expensive here and i dont want to pay 1 cent for internet usage of the mobile company.

Humm, I pay 10 EUR for 1.5 GB a month. Quite enough for casual browsing, weather updates and mail, I think...
