The only bugs I have:

- Video playback anything but smooth, except from my orb server (coreplayer) and WMP doesn't seem to open for streams which I am sure it ran before.
- device flickers on and off sometimes on power up, but just need to tap the power button to fix that.

Everything else works for me, not had camera issues like others (not on uDK's ROM either). Been running this with the M2D manual install files from here on the boards, everything works great including the YouTube player (although frame rate could be far better).

The ROM is lite on programs which I like since I can add in what I want when I want it. However this means I can't tell you how TomTom or anything else performs as I have no need for those things.

On a side note which is not related to this ROM since this has been happening on the last few ROMs (and radio's) I have ran. The data connection doesn't seem to hand-off well between towers when the signal drops, phone functions work fine but any data connection is rejected, only a soft reset will fix it. Anyone alse have this problem, or maybe seen something that can be done or is this network related?

My camera is not functioning properly after I flashed to v0.96.

After I depressed the camera button, it goes to a black screen. No camera view however still can take pictures.

I had hard and soft reset my TC after ROM installation.

V0.96 works fine (camera also) only with latest radio.
Make a hard reset and use the latest radio (included in rom) ....

Hi Swtos,

I dont know whether you've been following the 3D driver development thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=426314), but the driver is in a "working" state and our testing has shown some significant performance increases.

We would appreciate if you could include these files in a future release to allow for testing as we have seen different performance gains and decreases from our own testing but believe that some of this could be attributable to the files not being cooked into the rom.

I hope you will assist us in our quest to better our devices.

Your ROMs are the best, I won't even dream of taking another one.

This ROM is the best ROM of Polaris in term of performance and reliability. However, the Album can't play the video directly even I installed the video fix from other forums. What's wrong with the ROM for the bug? Any idea?

Swtos, I am now a happy user of your rom 20721 Light 0.96 ...:) it has been like having a new 624Mz processor, it is really much faster than HTC 6.1 official ROM ! I am using without problems bt with parrot ck3100 and camera. I was almost desperate because I flashed three other roms that seemed not compatible with 1.59.42.15 radio included in the official HTC ROM update. I had also tried without success your 19400 light in another thread.

Swtos, I flashed the WWE 20721 light + yr 3G dialler but the dialler not working so I have to uninstall the 3G dialler but then the Active Syn turn error 80004005
I have to hard reset to recover the syn error.............:(

It looks like we are losing our beloved Chefs one by one. It is long time since 'swtos' visited these pages/posts. 'panosha, powel, Aserg' have already left us. It looks like 'itje' is one foot out. 'udK' is not active in these parts either nowadays. What is happening to Polaris ?

Sadly I have to agree with 02xda2, it's been a while since swtos has posted anything in this topic. But I remain confident that he will bring out the final Version 1.0.

It just would be nice if he could give an estimate on when we can expect it.

I love your rom build 20273 LITE as it gives a LOT of FREE MEMORY STORAGE of 160MB and FREE RAM of 64MB and through sprite restore after flashing your rom I donnot have to reinstall the applications one by one.

Can u please do a similar LITE ROM of the newer Builds eg 20931, etc.

I am missing the autorun functionality of the htc connection setup wizard (version 1.5): when I hard reset I have to enter the program and set up country and operator. In the original ROM the system detected the hard reset and auto detected operator associated to the sim and asked for confirmation to install.

For what I have seen the rom is missing a file called connectionsetup exe.

Can anybody share (please v1.5) or tell me how to setup the autodetect/autolaunch by reg tweaks?
