XDAii ORBIT o2 THEME/SKIN

I m searching google and xda developers from 3 days, and i cant find any themes or skins matching my need. Bascily i need Black theme, i prefer |iphone* theme for my XDA orbit. Please tell me the steps and the softwares i require on PC and on my phone to use it rightly. Please help! :)
