Once connection is established, the WeFi server provides you with information gathered by other WeFi users about your wireless environment, so that your connection gets even better.
In addition, the new one-touch feature gives the user a convenient interface to launch any application or webpage from his Today screen, and configure WeFi to automatically find the best WiFi connection available when this application is launched. Each application can be configured to use only WiFi, or revert to 3G data connection if no WiFi is available. So instead of having to go through the annoying process of finding an open WiFi, hotspot after hotspot, and then opening a browser and going to a specific webpage – a total of 200 clicks – the user can have WeFi do all this for him with a single click of the stylus. Also, since the configurable buttons are big enough, the stylus doesn’t even have to come out – the user can simply do it with his finger.
