I've a HTC Touch (Elf), but Windows Mobile 6 is orrible imho

I'm finding a rom/porting of Android/Ubuntu Mobile/Linux for my Elf....

someone can help me? :confused:

best thing to do would be to sell your phone and buy a phone with OS you want. there are some chinese phones with linux. they are also dual sim and they look and feel nice. not to mention price is way lower than htc devices.

i don't think you can find rom based on linux/ubuntu/android or anything for your phone because there is no hardware drivers for this OS.

if you want to see progress on porting android to kaiser (htc tytn II), take a look at this thread (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=396782). but don't forget this is for KAISER ONLY. this is not android rom, but just some kind of emulation. however there is nice proggress on this project and we might have fully functional android on our phones. also important thing to know is that android itself isn't quite finished.
