ultimate launch icon problem

I made some 48*48 icons for contact links in ul..when i add them they are in their actual tiny size..and i can not make them bigger.i mean in xp-icon option i make the size 150.but the icon size does not change.what should i do?

the Question is, what ico sizes and subicons sizes do your icons have ? If you make a ico in 48 without bigger or smaller subicons you cant make them bigger !
