not really. It'll be just not displayed, all the functions and features are in manila.exe so they will always be loaded. But i'm not sure. maybe you're right! :)

Manila is not searching for the Home-Tab, it's just select the tab which order-value is "0".

No, i've nothing found. it seems that the tab content is hard coded in manila.exe

I'm noticing that at home, you have two options, phone and programs.

Now that i've disabled Programs, Programs button is still there but non responsive. Could a suggestion in upcoming releases be the possibility to change those buttons? :) Mainly the right one (programs).

Btw, disabled, albums, settings and programs without issues.

You can't change the color, because there are only images, but you can change those images ;)

Now I know why some people get an error while saving. The manila-config-files are read-only. It's curios that only a few had this problem, because as I know the config-files should be read-only on every original ROM.

I'll fix this problem and release a new version in a few minutes/hours.

Ya just need to change the theme of your device. This will change your top/bottom bar colours only. TF3D home screen uses a different picture altogether.

In next release i'll add among other things the multilanguage support.

I finished german and english language (english is default language).

I've done the multi language support with with the integrated features of visual studio (that mean, that i have to copy&paste your language translations).

1.) You just wait until i have relased the final version 1.0 and you translate a whole of text

2.) You do this step by step for each version.

Installed on TLR Rom without issue and played around with a few settings.

My observation is that disabling Music and Pictures increases again overall GUI TF3D.
I assume that some resources run in the background scanning for Multimedia content?
Even though you only "hide' the tab and not disable it (that would be 10 thumbs UP) it simply "feels" more responsive.

Guess it is a placebo I believe in .

Take your time to figure out how to "disable" the processes behind the tabs !

Just install the new version. Setup will ask for uninstalling the old version.

??? You need TouchFlo 3D. It's only available for Touch Diamond and Touch Diamond Pro. Or do you have TF3D allready on your device? If yes and if you have the original manila-config-files in windows-directory it should work.

Try it! If the files are not found, nothing will happend, so you won't damage your device.

Maybe it's common problem? For Russian Date Format there is also no change after reset.

I am using the V 0.4 since this morning though I am not sure if what happens now is related to this release:

For the first time since i got my Diamond, having flashed with different ROM's, I could not do a soft reset after finding my device rather dead earlier on.

needed to take out the battery being able to reboot.
Battery drained to 40% even that the device was off.

FYR, i used all tweaks except the 2 last ones which refer to TF3D performance improvement

Again, I am not at all pointing out this 0.4 release, though maybe helpfull if anybody would be confronted with similar findings.

- Yes, on next release i'll add the version number to filename.

- I forgot to implement, that on removing the lock in program launcher, my app should ask for soft reset. So do this on your own or just restart touch flo 3d....or wait for next release :D

- For everyone who see no effect on changing the date format: I just change the date format in the original config-file for each language. If this has no effect, that means, that your device (maybe caused by branding, etc.) uses another config-file. There are two entries for chinese, spain an english in dropdownlist. So use the other entry or try to select 'English'.

You could also search for the manila-config file by your own, which has effect on the date format and then tell me how the file is called so that i'm able to implement it in my tool.

@andrewloh: The favorites in program launcher can be saved (backup/restore), because they are stored in registry. The favorites in contact-list not. I have no access to the file, where they stored, because it is in the rom (hv-files).

A request from me:

Can you make it possible to manually change the programs shown in the Program-Tab? For example, I've put SCUMMVM on my Diamond, but it's simply the directory with all the files instead of a cab, so SCUMMVM is not listed as Program and I can't add it to the Tab in TF3D when clicking on an empty icon-space.

Also, it would be nice to add shortcuts in the program tab, which link to a specific directory and open the file explorer . For example to navigate to my music folder in the internal storage directly. would be a bit more comfortable than navigating in the Music-Tab in TF3D.

...But just thinking...don't know if it's possible...

Big feature for next release:

Ah, i thought you mean the spelling mistake in tab-list. You're right, there is another spelling mistake in program launcher :D

You have to edit it with Total Commander, then soft reset and when it changed the date format successfully, tell me how the file is called and for which language it is, please.

the file is 4416804e_manila for French language (fr_fr).
I also have noticed that the tool managed to update english (590ad244_manila) and german (7e640092_manila) config file, but not the french one...

EDIT: i managed to modify the date format by using total commander as adviced, thank you ;o)

On default it mutes on ringing. If you set the tweak its not muting anymore, so it keeps ringing, when you turn your phone face down.

No no, i understood lol. i just forgot about this "feature" untill your config remided me. and noticed that my diamond didnt do this muting thing.

So i thought id tick your box then untick it to force the setting to work, no luck though. im going to try download the new additons rom as suggested by tlr, maybe this thats causing issue.

Go to settings, regional settings and then date. And there you can change it. Or am I completely stupid..

The date format setting is for toch flo3d ;-) under or obove the big clock you see the current date. With my tool you can change the format of the displayed date ;)

Could you do a "Refresh- Button" music library, or something, for the manila music player? It seams that when you ad/replace/delete files the library does not update automaticly.
I've found out that if you delete or rename the following:
\Application Data\HTC\AudioManager_eng\AudioManager_Eng.vol
and do a reset the music player will update correctly!

I think you'r just the man for the job?

Great tool, but the Internet Tab of the German version with the web'n'walk screen just sucks. It shows Mobile-TV and search@yahoo at the favorites. Any chance to adjust that window? I don't need Mobile-TV and search at the initial site. Can I add something there? Haven't found it.

Ehm... could it be, that you missunderstood my program?

It changes the order of the tabs in touch flo 3d. it'll not deactivate touch flo 3d. if you want to use other today plugins, you have to use deactivate touch flo 3d oder you SecondToday.

Did you think something to get out in the TouchFLO 3D one page/tab to have the "Today screen" where you can put some plug-in? I mean the "Today screen" of the original Windows Mobile, as you know you can't choice them togheter, TouchFLO is working alone.
I was using the SPB Diary in my previous TyTN II as a plug-in of the "Today screen", how can I use it now with the TouchFLO?

I just downloaded and installed your latest CAB, everything works except for one feature. I cannot change Date format. It asks to specify my ROM language. I have original Asian WWE ROM (ver. 1.35) but when I set to English or English#2 the second box remains inactive, I simply cannot change any date formats there.

Normally paypal detect your system language and will show the website in your language. Otherwise you should have an option to select your language.

I just downloaded and installed your latest CAB, everything works except for one feature. I cannot change Date format. It asks to specify my ROM language. I have original Asian WWE ROM (ver. 1.35) but when I set to English or English#2 the second box remains inactive, I simply cannot change any date formats there.

Where can it be a problem?

I have the same problem, but for Danish.
