frame rate decreases if touchscreen is touched

From the wiki:

When using CPU intensive applications such as games or video, the frame rate drops dramatically while using the touch screen. As soon as the touch screen receives no input the speed increases back to normal.

Is there any solution already?
I think it's very silly if a device which is mainly controlled by touchscreen doesn't support it full.

it support it fully thats why the speed inc

if you look at the arm diagrams almost all the legs are conntec to the touchpanel
it's interupts get first prio over everything else

and how can we fix it? i mean i haven't recognized that with other pocket pcs (ipaq,mda pro,...). or let me ask different: is it a hard- or a software problem?
