I am disappointed. I really would like to integrate SPB Mobile Shell and Real VGA 96dpi together. Any of you guys have the same problem and may be a solution as well?

You're not alone. Waiting in hope that someone could find a way to make the spb mobile shell work in 96dpi. :(

I sent SPB support a copy of the problems were having. Hopefully they can be able to help us. I even sent them a link of the Real VGA hack.
Update: "SPB has no reason to support the Real VGA hack", that was the reply I got. Sorry guys and gals.

Are you currently running SPB Mobile Shell 2.1 on your Athena with Real VGA at 96dpi?
If YES, can you share the files you modified with instructions on how and where to install the files?
I tried the proceedure stated there, but could not make it work. I must be missing something.

Hi cktlcmd,
Don't know if this answer is still valid for you but I noticed that when you download the latest version from SPB Mobile shell from their website that it does NOT work. They released version 2.1.1 and on that version I can't get it to work. If you use google to search for SPB mobile shell 2.1 then you can download the older version (2.1) which does work.
By the way if there is anyone who has the original theme working with 320x320 resolution (e.g. samsung i780) and realvga then please let me know. Because I hate the icons used in this solution ;-)
Regards.

I am pretty sure I tried 2.1 and not 2.1.1, because I tried this software around the first week of July and they released 2.1.1 at the end of July.
It works at 196 dpi, but it does not work correctly at 96 dpi. Unless you can actually confirm that you tried it on your X7510 running Real VGA at 96 dpi using the version you suggested (2.1).
