Help, I Locked Kaiser in the 0% gray screen

after tricolor screen my kaiser locked in the 0%.

To help you it probably is going to be necessary/helpful for the helper to know some of the following:
1. where you are (Europe/US/Asia?)
2. who is your provider
3. what phone you have
4. what ROM you had/have
5. what you were trying to flash to
6. do you have HARDSPL installed? if so what version?
7. is your phone unlocked?
8. what have you done so far? i.e. what did you do EXACTLY to get to this state?
9. what flagellations/manipulations have you done to the phone while waiting for a response?
10. what documents have you/did you read before trying this procedure (this will help the helper understand if you were actually following something that you SHOULD have been doing or following something that was wrong for your phone)

If you were in the middle of the HardSPL update and had your problem, just remove your SIM card and your storage card, and try again.
