Toggle vibrate button for Strartrek

Dear Folks: :confused:

Is there a cab file that will allow pressing a hard button of the Startrek from the outside to switch it to Vibrate mode? pretty much like Communication Button Toggle Vibrate for Windows Mobile edition.
