ma problem is that the phone is stuck...whn i switch on the phone the green light is shown and no further movements....i tried reset and hard reset ...how can i solve this

We can hard reset the device just by pressing and holding both the " -" keys right above the answer and end keys and pressing the power button . It will run the ghost image and recover the device ...

note :

1) make sure your battery is more than 50 % charged .
2)you must do a power cycle in your device ( take out the battery , then press and hold the power button ) before you do a hard reset ...
