Adding more placeholders to program launcher

Hi,

you can add more placeholders in program launcher:

- HKLM\Software\HTC\Manila\ProgrammLauncher\
- Add new sub key, e.g. "18", "19", and so on
- Add values like in existing keys (0..17)

After restart touchflo 3d you see those new placeholders, but they don't work.

Does anyone know why?
