I need somesones help to unlock the region lock. I have a Russian Diamond without WWE. Please help!!!

By the way, it's called CID-lock. You can find more searching for CID unlock :)

Guys I already tried both ur methods.. Thus I can install any Rom I want. The problem is none of the roms then can connect with the network. Only my original rom does..HELP !!! :(

I think that local ROM you have has some 'special' software that connects you to the Sputnik, because normally a ROM doesn't decide what network you connect to.
