Hi, can anyone help me. I just bought a QTEK 9000 in a electronics shop, so called new, but I have doubts that its brand new. Can anyone help me to sort this out? Thanks, Jane

Yes of course many people would like to help you if they can ;)
You could upload some pics of your mobile and tell us where did you bought it from.
Also you could tell us where are you from. You could arrange a meeting with a member that is located near you.
That's all I think.

...check under:
Start / Settings: System, Device Information.
Check the Call Duration. A new Device should have all values on zero. A hard-Reset usually doesnt clear this...
