This is SWEDISH ROM!


Well, not my normal habits actually and I'm using my my own basic kitchen.

The ROM

DIAM 1.37.413.3 SVE – Rebuilt from device ROM dump by milfadoodle:

What’s inside?

Based on 1.37.413.3 SVE DUMP ROM
No Radio (Use current radio available on the device)
Using NetCF 3.5 (Replacing NetCF 2.0)
Bugs: Same as the original base ROM
Applications = same as base dump ROM
Tweak some minor things (SmartTouch capabilities to use Touch Wheel in some apps)
Disable some security policies for software installation

I’m not going to cook a custom one because it’s better to try the stock one and feel it first before having a custom made one but you can ask other cooks to make you one.

No bugs found yet related to the swedish language.

A bad thing with HTC is that they do not have the swedish KB layout on the full qwerty or phone pad (åäö) is missing.
To get åäö on the full qwerty replace the PQwerty0d1d (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=400094) file.

KB layout for English and the four scandinavian countries exists in this version.

Yes, this'll turn the entire OS into swedish... Regarding you question, WM6 WWE already has support for scandinavian lettering, and you'll be able to get swedish T9 support and qwerty from here (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=400094&highlight=Swedish)

Hi Nomad. Yeah, thanks, I'm aware of that thread and those tweaks. I ran them on my UK-bought Diamond and it worked, sort of. Wasn't a 100% success, have no idea why, but the UI and keyboards act a bit oddly. But never mind any more, since I noticed that some kind soul has uploaded a stock Finnish ROM on the net. Yay!

is in total Swedish?

Why would i not wanna use the Normal Swedish one?

Well for example try the one i posted out and compare it to the swedish one. Well To hand it out It kicks the 1.3.7 on ALL terms.

Speed on Menu Battery saving well everything.
It realy makes the Phone feel more alive. Like a stone was lifted.

So what im asking. Could you possebly make it so that ME_1.93.456.2_Radio_Signed_Diamond_52.29.25.12_1.0 0.25.05_Ship
Is Totaly in swedish? Cause it aint when you install it you have a long config ahead to turn most thigns over like clock t9keys But even then there still many places on the phone were every thign is English like menys and so on.

No, I'm not going to do from that base since I already finished one from CE OS 19965 build 20273. First upload will be nearly like the stock one but the next release will be a lite version just like my WWE Not 2 Lite one. I'll upload the first one today for user testing before going into the lite version.:cool:

Sorry to say that I won't be releasing a ROM based on 20273 build as mentioned since I found some bugs in it. I'll be looking into releasing a new one based on 1.93.831.1 older build (same base as my GM360D.5 Not 2 Lite) after I fix my computer.:(

And your thinking about doing it on the rom that im using now and loving with 10% of my heart. the rest 90% is mad cause its not swedish :D

Still waiting for my new PC. When I get it, I'll finish SVE one and build one WWE for own use. No more public release after that since there's so many cooked ROMs out there and can't catch up also with many newer builds coming out.
