Just as the title says, what would have caused the PreConfig.txt to stop running on initial boot all of a sudden? It was working then quit. Also, I have icons for advanced config and task manager in the control panel but cannot find the shortcut links anywhere.. not sure how I have ghosts for these two icons. I almost have a custom ROM for 20226 that is cleaner than any to date.. and faster ;)

Sorry this is offtopik, i've been trying to self teach myself some cooking and i'm stuck dumping either 19588 and or 20226 builds.. Can you walk me through the commands you do to properly dump them? imgfs to bin is were it goes all whacky on me ;)
Also if you can point me in the right direction on what kitchen your using for the 6.1 builds. that would be cool.

and the ghost part of the icons showing could be a attribute setting on these.. maybe you need to change that!

If i remember right there is a registry for that. Check your registry first!
You can edit the initflash.dat to include those short cuts anywhere you want.
