A very nice skin by FInixNOver, got them from a Touch-It rom but had never seen them on here. So here ya go. Screenshot included below.

Looks nice, but doesn't work.....I get an error message when trying to chose the icon set from Home Customizer.

That is because these are only the 6 tab icons. You still need all the other HTC Home icons like email, voice mail, etc.

Just copy them from a different icon type and you are good to go.

Disable your htc home in the today management screen, then overwrite them in the windows directory.

Hah, I flashed an old Dutty ROM just two days ago so I could rip this theme out. I couldn't find it anywhere. I should have just waited :).
