Upgrade the U-1000(T-mobile) ,the model ID is not correct,info is
ERROR[244]:INVALID MODEL ID
The update utility cannot be used for your PDA phone.Please check your update utility

the device will always boot in three-color mode, help me!

What does the tri-colored screen shows you? What is the number after the "spl"? Have you run the unlocker?

the "spl 1.2"updateAP4.0(spl 4.0),and the three colored screen can't show the "Athena" model,
the "spl" show 1.2,now flash any rom ,the process come to 1% will stop ,and return to the three colored screen
I don't run the unlocker

If you're in spl 1.2, that means you have already run the unlocker. This means you can flash any ROM that is compatible with spl1.2. However, you cannot flash ROMs that requires spl 3.5, and AP4.0 is a ROM that needs spl3.5.

Why not try out ROM's which are compatible with spl1.2 instead?
