Hi,
I'm getting a Diamond over the weekend.:D
MY QUESTION: peviously I had a Trinity and became a bt of a ROM whore, flashing every new rom out. With the Diamond, a new piece of kit with the latest ROM etc, why would I use any of the new Roms? Is there a benifit?

Every rom you find here on XDA is better then the original one....;)

That's a great phrase = ROM Whore.....I have been down that road also and to be honest it becomes a kind of obsessive activity, the latest ROM with the latest tweak etc. I have my Diamond two weeks now with its original ROM and apart from one or two advanced config tweaks have changed nothing. It serves me as an MP3 player, Radio, Organiser, GPS guidance device, and phone and does all admirably. So unless you have the bug for whoring resist - there is little to be gained.

TLR rom is great, but I'm really hanging out for elite ROM 2.5 - version 2.0 was fast and reliable and 2.5 promises to be even better.
