I'm not sure what this file is, but it's in my Windows directory and it's taking up all of my internal storage space. Ever since it appeared, my phone has began constantly giving me low storage notifications and won't let me use any communication functions (SMS or phone). Attempts to delete it give me sharing violations and so it won't let me.

Still pretty confused...
Is there a way to delete it? Or compress it? I need to do something, because my phone is pretty much useless, right now.

Okay, I can apparently rename it anything I want. This isn't really something you can do to something that gives you a sharing violation when you try to delete it. Perhaps this is some malicious file that is disguised as something normal?
