Text messages from 6.0 to 6.1

Bear with me, maybe I'm just missing something here. I updated my Kaiser to Windows Mobile 6.1 earlier today, but first I backed all my contacts, messages, appointments, etc. using PIM Backup 2.7. When I tried to restore after updating, everything seemed to go smoothly. But upon opening my SMS, I realized my texts weren't restored. I tried to restore again, still no texts. Is it possible to ship my texts to 6.1? Or is 6.1 not compatible with the old text format?

Try looking and asking in the PIM backup thread for some more solutions to this. I found one that sometimes works.
