View Full Version : Replaced Kaiser wont Flash HardSPL

Hi Guys,

I just had my kaiser replaced and i went to flash HardSPL on it and I keep getting an ERROR [262] : UPDATE ERROR. It keeps referring to communications error and then gives me the steps to recover. I have flashed my previous Kaiser plenty of times. I have tried the original HardSPL and the new updated one. My sim card is out, my microsd card is out and Activesync is connected on my winxp machine. Please help. Thanks

Please post your question in the HardSPL thread that already exists. I had this problem myself last week, so check the thread and you will see how I fixed it.

I'm guessing you have already been through this thread, if not read it first. Try the Force USB and see if it fixes the problem. I have done 10 or 11 Tilts and these directions have always worked.
