No vibrate after WINTERFACE!

Help, I installed Vito Technologies "WINTERFACE" , and I really like it, but now my TOUCH wont vibrate. I checked the settings and everything is set to vibrate. I work in a noisy environment so this killed my phone. Soft reset did'nt fix problem...any suggestions?
