Can i make my G4 Dutch 6915 English with this?

I read in another topic a user had issues trying to convert his dutch phone to englsih. I don't think he used this rom-update though.

Is this an official hp rom? or a custom made package?

Just flash the damn CEOS.nbf and delete the rest

make sure you have a backup.

It's not really about the language that i want the english rom, i want it, because the dutch rom just is very slow. It seems the UK rom has better performance. (lots of discussion about this in dutch forums also).

But i'm not really known with the tools i should use to create a proper backup of my hw6915.

Should i use awizard? or mtty 1.4 in bootloader mode? (those were the two main options i read about in the forum here).

A little help to get me in the good direction would be appreciated.

Absolutely this is english WM5.0 rom,but u gotta make sure ur device is G4(G3.9),otherwise u can't upgrade ur device version with this which I provided.

And has my device have to be unlocked?
I have 2 hp 6915 phones, 1 unlocked, and the other Vodafone branded. would like to have the locked one to be unlocked. How do I manage that?
I have a G4 device, 1.00.00 1.21UK
