The Europe_1.37.401.3 (and possibly all 1.37.x ROMs) fixed one annoying problem for me.
With 1.34.x when I was in the roaming area the phone would shut down and the only way to bring it up was to take out the battery and put it back again.
The 1.37 ROM fixed this problem.
