Need help!

Hello to all!
My aunt buy me a HTC Kaiser(HTC P4550 Kaiser TYTN II [P4550]) and I have two problems: sim is locked, and it's on france language, what I need of tools to fix this, and what tool comes first and last?? I'm new in this tipes of "phones" so if you can be more specific...sorry cuz I'm not good with this :(

Sorry for that!! I'm not good with english but I did it, I unlocked and change the language, I think it will be good now..
