KS20: need help, flash in emergency mode, LGMDP not picking up

I have the OTP block problem.
I'm trying to flash in emergency mode.
I can get into emergency mode.
But LGMDP is not recongizing the phone. How can i change anything, like the opendiag, or LG comp on the phone if i can't get into the windows mobile.

maybe the usb comp settings changed back? or have to run the open diag again?
but how to do that if i cant get back into windwos?
is there a way to get the engineering menu?
