Is there a way to unhide the extended rom on DCD?

Is there a way to unhide the extended rom on a DCD rom (3.2.0)? Or is it over written when flashed? I am trying to get the apps that are on it off so I can install some of them, but can't get the extended rom to show.

Or, is there a download of them somewhere?
