storage memory increases by itself?

I had notice that my diamond's storage memory would increase by itself..
like 5-20mb..

I did not install any new programs to the storage device memory and I got a feeling its the more I surf the new, it increases.

i emptied opera's cache, searched under temp folders but it doesnt free up my memory..
is there a cache or Temp file that I am missing out?

thats not storage memory u mean program memory? if thats what u mean its memory leak from TF3D

nah it's ROM storage space..
it's increasing

not program memory..
