Help - Artemis doesn't boot

I have got a serious problem:

I turned the device on and can see only htc logo and in left corner presented following information:
IPL 3.07.0001
SPL 3.07.0000
GSM 02.69.90
OS 3.7.0.0

I try do a hard reset, but it's doesn't successfully (on the screen show me: Formating is failed)
And after reboot I can see the same result.

Has anybody any ideas or do I have to send the phone for repair?
What is the problem? could you please help me? What I should do?

Hi

If you have tried to reflash your device with the original ROM and it has failed then i suggest that you send it away for repair. If the formatting has failed there could be a corruption on the phones Flash memory
